The View Booking page is your control panel for each appointment.

What’s on this page?

1. Booking details: status, time, duration, assigned groomer.
2. Pet and client info: key profile details and contact context.
3. Notes: booking notes and pet notes.
4. Photos: booking-linked image history.
5. Financials: invoice summary, payment history, and PDF access.
6. Contracts: booking-level contract records and status when enabled.

Status actions

• Start Groom
• Mark Complete
• Cancel

Barkway updates side effects like timestamps and reminder behavior based on status changes.

Invoice behavior

• An invoice record exists for each booking lifecycle.
• Editing can regenerate invoice records to match latest booking details.
• Share public invoice links or download PDF where needed.
