Enabling client portal

Use Settings → Portal to switch the portal on or off for your business.

Enable or disable the portal

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to the Portal section.
  3. Toggle portal access on or off.
  4. Save.

When disabled, clients are blocked from using portal pages.

Control access per client

You can also control access per client from the client area:

  • Turn off portal access for one client
  • Re-enable access later if needed

Revoke active sessions

If needed, you can revoke portal sessions for a client (for example after account changes).

This signs that client out of active portal sessions and they must log in again.

Portal disabled message

You can set a custom portal disabled title/message in portal settings so clients see a clear message when access is off.
