Account profile

In the client portal, clients can manage their own account details from profile.

What clients can update

  • Basic contact/profile details
  • Email change requests

Email change flow

  1. Client requests email change.
  2. Barkway sends a verification link.
  3. Client confirms from that link.

Until verification is complete, the old login address remains active.

Session behavior

Security actions (like revoked sessions) may require the client to log in again with a new magic link.
