In the client portal, clients can see their booking timeline and open full booking details in one place.

What clients can do

• View upcoming and past bookings
• Open booking detail pages
• Check service and status details
• Cancel eligible bookings

Cancellation rules

Not every booking can be cancelled from portal. Availability depends on booking state and business rules.

If cancellation is available, clients can use the cancellation action from booking details.

Statuses clients will see

Clients may see statuses like:

• Scheduled
• In progress
• Completed
• Cancelled

Use clear status wording in conversations so clients and staff stay aligned.
