Thank you & invoice link
After a completed and paid booking, Barkway can automatically send a short thank-you email that includes the paid invoice link.
When does it send?
Barkway only sends a thank-you when all of these are true:
- The booking is Completed.
- The invoice is Paid.
- Auto Thank You is enabled in Settings.
The send time is based on your Thank You Delay (minutes) setting. If that time is already in the past, Barkway sends the email immediately.
What if the invoice becomes unpaid?
If a paid invoice is later made unpaid (for example, after a refund), Barkway removes any pending thank-you emails for that booking.
How do I turn it on?
- Go to Manage → Settings → Notifications.
- Set Auto-Send Thank You to Yes.
- Choose a Thank You Delay (minutes) (e.g., 15).
- Save.
SMS thank-you messages
SMS reminders are not live yet and are not a priority right now. When SMS launches, thank-you messages will follow your sending options.
Notes
- The email includes a link to the paid invoice.
- If you regenerate the invoice later, the public link changes - send the updated link manually if needed.
