How recurring top service/add-on works

The report marks a service or add-on as recurring once it appears in at least two completed bookings in the selected period.

If nothing meets that threshold yet, Barkway still shows the best single performer and flags it as not recurring.

Practical checks

• Rising cancelled counts can signal scheduling or reminder friction.
• Status mix helps you spot if too much work is stuck in scheduled.
• Top recurring services can guide pricing and promotion decisions.
