Not every service needs to be client-facing.
Use the client-bookable setting on services to control what appears in portal booking request forms.
Recommended approach
- Keep specialist/internal-only services staff-side.
- Expose clear, client-safe options in portal.
- Review your portal service list after service updates.
Verify quickly
After updating services, check Portal → Booking requests as a test client flow to confirm only intended services appear.
