What can I do with invoices?
- Auto-created invoices for every booking.
- Public links and PDFs you can share anywhere.
- Accurate totals based on services, discounts, and payments.
- Status tracking so you always know what’s paid, partial, or unpaid.
When are invoices created?
- When you save a booking, Barkway creates (or refreshes) the invoice.
- When you edit a booking, Barkway creates a new invoice and moves any payments across.

Card payments are not supported inside Barkway yet. You can still record card payments manually for your records.
