Barkway is the booking and business management app built for groomers.

No clunky salon software. No endless spreadsheets. Just a clean calendar, happy clients, and more time with the pets that actually matter. 🐾

Who is Barkway for?

Solo groomers who want a fast, simple calendar that works as quickly as they do.
Small teams that need to share client and pet info without losing track of who’s due when.

Barkway supports non-dog pets too. The breed list is fully customizable, and you can discuss requirements with support.

Calendar - see your week or month at a glance and click into any booking.
Clients and pets - store notes, photos, allergies, vet info, and more.
Bookings - set services, prices, deposits, discounts, and statuses.
Invoices and payments - create professional invoices, track payments, and record cash or bank transfer.
Notifications (email) - automatic reminder, thank-you, and recall emails.
Recall list - spot who’s overdue via Pets → Overdue and send a friendly nudge.

Card payments inside Barkway (not live yet and not being worked on right now, but we plan to revisit later).
SMS reminders (not live yet; likely a paid add-on later, but not a priority right now).

Designed with groomers, for groomers - not retrofitted salon software.
Clean, simple design that shines on iPad (landscape mode is a sweet spot).
Handles the admin so you can get back to grooming. Barkway does the heavy lifting; you do the magic with the dogs.
